Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled safari departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g., permits, reservations).
• Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled safari departure date will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled safari departure date are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Nile Abenteuer Safaris:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your safari due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we will offer you the choice of rescheduling your safari or receiving a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel any safari if the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met. In such cases, you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Changes and Amendments:

• Any changes or amendments to your safari booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
• Changes made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
• Changes made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date may be subject to a change fee and/or additional costs, depending on the nature of the change and availability.

4. No-Shows:

Failure to join the safari without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.

5. Force Majeure:

Nile Abenteuer Safaris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government actions.

By booking a safari with Nile Abenteuer Safaris, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
